Ramona Frazier

Ramona Frazier is a seasoned litigation attorney with more than two decades of experience handling complex personal injury matters from pre-suit through trial. She brings a results-driven approach to Scarfone Auto Accident & Personal Injury Lawyers, where she represents injured clients in high-stakes litigation against insurance companies and corporate defendants.

Throughout her career, Ms. Frazier has managed and litigated hundreds of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, commercial liability claims, and catastrophic injury matters. She has served as first-chair trial counsel, conducted hundreds of depositions, and participated in dozens of mediations, consistently positioning cases for maximum recovery through strategic litigation and trial readiness.

Before joining Scarfone, Ms. Frazier held senior leadership roles in both private practice and public service. She has overseen high-volume litigation dockets, managed and mentored legal teams, and implemented litigation and compliance strategies for firms handling hundreds of active cases at a time. Her background also includes experience as an Assistant City Attorney, where she advised municipal leadership on risk management, compliance, and liability exposure—experience that informs her disciplined, detail-oriented approach to personal injury litigation.

Ms. Frazier is known for her strong courtroom presence, meticulous case preparation, and unwavering advocacy for her clients.
