Neil R. Marion, Esq.

Neil R. Marion, Esq. is a personal injury attorney with more than eight years of experience representing individuals who have suffered serious injuries due to the negligence of others. Neil earned his B.S. in Psychology from James Madison University in 2012 and his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law in 2015.

While at Rutgers, Neil served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Estela De La Cruz, J.S.C., and the Honorable John A. Conte, J.S.C., Superior Court Judges in Bergen County, New Jersey. He also served as Senior Articles Editor and a staff writer for the Rutgers Law Record, the first digital law journal.

After law school, Neil dedicated his practice exclusively to personal injury litigation. Over the course of his career, he has represented injured clients in state and federal courts at all stages of litigation. His experience includes conducting depositions, handling discovery and motion practice, participating in mediations and arbitrations, and litigating cases through trial. Neil’s experience encompasses a wide range of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle collisions, trucking accidents, slip-and-fall incidents, dog bites, and other claims arising from the negligence of individuals and businesses.

Neil joined Scarfone Law Group, PLLC in 2026 and is admitted to practice law in Texas, New Jersey, New York, and Massachusetts.
