Rocco Scarfone was born and raised in Greensboro, North Carolina. Prior to law school, he attended East Carolina University on a football scholarship and started at cornerback for the Pirates. For law school, Rocco attended the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. During law school, Rocco interned for Justice Berger of the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Rocco also spent a summer as an associate at a prominent civil defense firm in Jacksonville, Florida.
Upon graduating law school, Rocco served the people of Florida as a prosecutor for the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office where he advocated on behalf of the thousands of victims throughout the community and tried numerous jury trials to verdict.
Rocco has dedicated his practice to civil justice and has been able to recover millions of dollars on behalf of his clients. Rocco handles all types of personal injury cases, including those involving commercial trucks and other motor vehicles, pedestrian accidents, premises liability, slip and falls, and wrongful death.
Outside of the courtroom, Rocco is a NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor. In September 2020, Mr. Scarfone helped negotiate Keenan Allen’s 4 year/$80M extension – which at the time made Allen the second highest paid wide receiver in NFL history.
